Where are we going?
We are striving for a world where our young people are equipped and empowered to live and work in support of the interconnectedness of people, animals, plants and the environment, recognising that the health of one depends on the health of the other.
Our children will begin to understand António Guterres' call to action through the UN's One Health concept, recognising that human health, animal health and environmental health are inextricably interconnected, with each dependent on the other.
This concept is endorsed by the World Health Organisation (WHO),
the UN's Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), and the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE).
The Five Freedoms for Animals
